What the apps can do
Every feature on this page works without paying. The paid plan raises limits; it does not unlock features.
Members sign up and sign in with an email and password. Each member's rows are theirs alone: a staff member sees their own hours, you see everyone's.
Open to anyone, approved by you, or invite only. A staff app or a private club stays closed; a stranger cannot sign themselves up.
Members post and everyone in the group reads: a noticeboard, listings, a matching app where people like each other's posts. Only the author, or you, can change a post.
Bookings, orders, applications, a waiting list. Anyone can submit; only you can read them, and each one is emailed to you as well.
A menu, a price list, opening hours or a schedule you change from your console without asking anyone.
Send new entries to Discord, Slack, Google Sheets, Zapier, Make or Airtable, and embed Calendly. Your keys are stored on our side and never written into the page.

Honest limits
It is better to know before you start.
It cannot charge a card. You can link to your own Stripe or PayPal page, but the app cannot charge a card itself.
Files visitors upload are not stored. A photo or PDF sent through a form is emailed to you and not kept.
No native iPhone or Android apps. Everything is a web app, and it works in a phone's browser.
Not for large apps. Free apps are sized for a team, a club or a small business: 200 members, 1,000 stored entries and about 500 requests a day. The $96 a year plan raises that to 5,000 members, 32,000 entries and 10,000 requests a day.

Yes. Paste it as it is, up to 8,000 characters. Lists and line breaks are kept, and the agent builds from the whole thing.
It cannot take card payments, it does not store files that visitors upload (those are emailed to you instead), and it does not make native iPhone or Android apps. It builds web apps that run in any browser, including on phones.
The app, its hosting and connecting a domain you already own are free, with no card. Free credits cover the first build and a good number of changes; after that more credits are $10, or the $96 a year plan. That plan also buys and registers a domain for you and raises the limits.
